Collection: The Chimes
Early 1990s Scottish dance group in the vein of Soul II Soul and Young Disciples & Brand New Heavies. The trio's style overlapped somewhat with acid jazz, R&B, and downtempo club electronic, having those traits in common with the aforementioned UK groups; and, in addition, sharing similarly strong and soulful female vocals courtesy of lead singer Pauline Henry.
