Miami-sound record label label founded by the producer Henry Stone - [balso appears as just "TK" (logo) or TK Records[/b. It was named for the recording engineer Terry Kane (3) who built Stone's first 8-track recording studio.

Its catalog was acquired in 1989 by EMI and Rhino Records but has been owned by Warner Music Group since the acquisition of EMI Records Ltd. In 2013.
