UK label, founded 1983 by former Stiff Records representative [url=http://www.discogs.com/artist/Andy+MacDonald+%283%29Andy MacDonald[/url and Lesley Symons.
In 1996 PolyGram acquired a majority stake in the label leading to the resignation of MacDonald. The label folded not too long afterwards but was revived.

Ferdy Unger-Hamilton was A&R Manager.
