Joint venture label between managers Arnold Stiefel and Randy Phillips and MCA Records.
Founded in 1992, the label is named after Rod Stewart's 1970 album [m=67513 (Stiefel has been Stewart's manager since the 1980s).
In 2020 the label's music publishing and master royalty streams were sold to Primary Wave Music Publishing.
