Collection: Debbie Jacobs
Baltimore singer Debbie Jacobs signed with MCA Records in 1978, and these records stay close to that deal. Undercover Lover dominates from 1979, as a 12-inch and as an album, in Canadian and US pressings, and High On Your Love follows as a 1980 album, all of it straight disco.
